OUR PRODUCTION CENTER

Located just north of Saskatoon in the North Corman Industrial Park, this facility is home to our primary production site. We have 20 acres of land dedicated to industrial abrasive blasting and painting. Our four paint shops and indoor blasting enclosures allow us to take on both large and small jobs and complete them on schedule to industry standards.

OUR FACILITIES

We offer the largest shops in the province dedicated to the application of coatings and linings. We currently have over 44,000 square feet in total of available production space.

Our facilities in the North Corman Industrial Park are located on 20 acres of fenced land set up for the reception of bare product, processing and application of protective systems, warehousing and final shipment coordination of finished products to their end point destination.

In 2006, we added our new Large Vessel Shop with access doors measuring 25 feet by 25 feet and 30 feet by 45 feet. These large access doors and our handling equipment has allowed us to handle process vessels weighing over 200,000 pounds.

We have availability of 35 acres of fenced land for storage of steel and process equipment prior to site delivery.

Use of our site provides offsite storage that is free of industrial site air born contaminates, which can cause premature corrosion of equipment and steel before being installed onsite.

Our facilities and fleet of equipment are all designed and maintained to achieve the highest possible performance standards for either shop or field application.

Situated just minutes north of Saskatoon, this site also features:

  • Indoor blast facility
  • Heated paint storage
  • Forklifts, cranes, manlifts, and other heavy equipment for material handling
  • A separate 4,800 square foot maintenance shop
  • Dry storage for equipment, insulated tarps, and bagged blasting media
